Please use the form below to submit an experience to Astral Projection Mastery. Your experience will be reviewed and added to the record of astral projection experiences, viewable on the site here. Please be as detailed as possible when describing your astral projection experience. The following are a list of good points to include:

• Time and date of experience
• Environment (room, light level, warm/cold, clothed/naked)
• Any preparation steps you took / meditations practised
• What you did, where you went, who you talked to
• The methods by which any communication took place
